Check-in is at 4PM and check-out is at 10AM. During the summer months there isn't any flexibility with the check in time as the cleaning crews are stretched out. The renter is not permitted to enter the house until the cleaners have left the property.

Shipwrecked Again sleeps up to 14 guests across 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The maximum occupancy must not be exceeded at any time during your stay.

Yes — the primary guest making the reservation must be at least 25 years old and must be present at the property for the entire duration of the stay. No third-party bookings on behalf of someone who will not be present.

An optional golf cart is available with the rental. All drivers must be 16+ with a valid license — strictly enforced on Fripp Island. Guests are responsible for all FIPOA citations, towing fees, or damages. A signed liability waiver and photo ID are required before the key code is provided. If renting from a third-party company, confirm their carts are registered with Fripp Island, or you cannot park at resort pools, golf courses, or courts.

Yes, Shipwrecked Again is family-friendly and welcoming to children. The multi-room layout with a bunk room is perfect for families traveling with kids. Please supervise children around outdoor areas.

Yes, pets are welcome! There is a $25 pet fee per stay. Pet size and breed must be shared with the host prior to arrival for approval. Please ensure your pet does not damage the property.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the property — indoors or outdoors. Violation of this rule may result in additional cleaning fees.

No events, parties, or large gatherings beyond the stated max occupancy are permitted. The property is intended for residential group stays only.

This reservation is non-refundable. Once booked, all payments are final regardless of when you cancel. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip investment.

A reservation deposit of $50 per night is required to secure your booking. Full payment is due 45 days before your arrival date. We accept major credit cards through the secure booking platform.

No traditional security deposit is required. Instead, the property uses Houfy Protect damage coverage provided by Truvi — up to $20,000 in coverage per booking at just $5/night. This protects both guests and the host without locking up your funds.

If renting from a golf cart rental company, ask if their golf carts are registered with Fripp Island. If they are not, you won't be able to park their golf cart at any of the amenity locations on the island. This would include any of the resort pools, golf courses, or tennis/pickleball courts.
